Pet Requirements

All pets must meet the following requirements:

• Current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP)
• Be spayed or neutered
• Be non-aggressive and well-socialized
• Be in good health
• Not be pregnant

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in pet care services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and seek appropriate veterinary care. You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left with your pet. Please do not bring valuable items.
